GI cancer in 1 st Degree Relative.

Life style Modification

Avoid Alcohol , Smoking
Avoid Carbonated Drinks
Small Frequent Meals
Lie down 3 hrs after Eating food.
Reduce Weight
Avoid caffeinated drinks
